To ensure that your Bano products maintain good performance, it is important to enter into a service agreement. 

Through regular inspection, maintenance, and necessary upgrades, our technicians identify potential issues before they escalate into major costs. 

The Bano Service Agreement provides access to competent service technicians who perform thorough inspections, adjustments, upgrades, and replacement of worn parts to maintain performance and extend the product’s lifespan. 

Products under warranty require maintenance and service. To meet warranty criteria, products must be maintained according to the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) documentation provided upon delivery, which a service agreement will ensure. 

An important benefit of the Bano Service Agreement is the extended warranty, which provides additional security against unforeseen events. The extended warranty is valid for 1 year after the service is completed. 

The service agreement also offers benefits such as significant discounts on new products, prioritized customer support, and training in product use for staff.
